1. Service Cancellation

- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the next cycle, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Payment charged, but service not activated.
- Valid cancellation request submitted within 7 days of initial purchase (for first-time users only).
Refunds are not applicable if:
- You have already used our services during the billing cycle.
- The issue arises due to third-party providers (e.g., WhatsApp/Facebook Business API downtime).
- You fail to comply with our Terms & Conditions.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Setup fees, onboarding charges, or one-time payments are non-refundable.
- Promotional offers, discounts, or credits cannot be converted into cash refunds.
